In order to keep our pack sizes small and ensure quality service, Dog Training Services & Daycare Services are non-refundable. All services may be cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service without a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are applied automatically and need approval to be waived. No refunds issued for unused Dog Training or Daycare Services, including Group and Privates. Credit Issued upon Approval Only - NO REFUNDS.
